This Statement of Privacy applies to Act Now Bay Area (formerly Drawdown Bay Area), a fiscally sponsored non-profit in the State of California, and governs data collection and usage via (and For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Act Now Bay Area include (and Drawdown Bay Area &, a nonprofit organization website. By using the Act Now Bay Area website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
