Climate Action Mapping Project

The Bay Area Climate Action Mapping Project is an initiative of The Praxis Group, Act Now Bay Area, and project partners. It's designed to facilitate inter-organization cooperation, communication, and collaboration toward rapid, just, and effective climate action.

​The listings and maps provide valuable insights and perspectives into the efforts of organizations in the nine Bay Area counties that address all aspects of our climate emergency, including greenhouse gas reduction, the just transition to a fossil-fuel free economy, regenerative agriculture, environmental justice, reducing solid waste, sea level rise, and impact mitigation.

The Searchable Directories are up-to-date lists of Bay Area organizations involved in some aspect(s) of climate action. Use the Search function to find individual organizations or subsets by City, County or Tags (keywords). Click a column header to sort (A-Z or Z-A). Listings include: Org. Name, Acronym, Org. Type, City, County and Website.
